Another Underwater VW Beetle – this one’s both Shark Tank & Submarine!

Yesterday we featured a concrete eco-sculpture in the form of a life-sized Volkswagen Beetle, part of the world’s largest underwater museum in the waters off Cancun, Mexico. So today we thought we’d show you another underwater VW – well, more like VW frame – that actually works, and serves as both submarine and shark tank – not to mention a car.
